To secure confirmed reservation, you will be required an advance payment of the 30% of the total amount (all details will be sent by email once we verify availability of the required room)
Final payment can be made on arrival

General conditions:

• Check-in: generally check-in time is from 14:00 to 16:00 hours. Guests are kindly requested to communicate their arrival time in advance

• Check-out: until 10:30 hours on the day of departure

• Prices include breakfast, linen change (every three days for stays over three nights), daily room cleaning, wi-fi internet access.

• For extended stays (over 7 nights) a 10 % discount will be applied.

• Tourist tax “Roma Capitale” of two euro extra per person per night is not included in the price

• Children under six years of age are exempt

• Small pets are admitted at an extra charge of 5 euro per day
